Steven Hughes, Senior Paralegal, began his employment with Kidneigh & Kaufman, P.C. in December of 1996. Mr. Hughes provides legal support to Mr. Kaufman with all phases of case development including conducting interviews of new clients, performing initial investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, legal research, and negotiating settlement agreements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
Barbara Howard, Legal Assistant, joined the firm in June of 1996. Ms. Howard provides invaluable assistance to all staff members of Kidneigh & Kaufman by routing telephone calls, drafting correspondence, and preparation of settlement packets. Ms. Howard also provides back-up assistance to the office administrator and paralegal.
Michele Hovland , Legal Office Administrator, began working with the firm in August of 2006. Ms. Hovland maintains all of the clients' accounting and billing files and performs paralegal activities such as legal research and preparation of settlement demands. Ms. Hovland also oversees the general operation and daily functions of the firm.
